-Bulan Sabriel Trait/New Sons of Abraham: Producing a Trader grants an Envoy. Traders gain +3 Sight and can see through features. +1 Diplomatic Favour in the Temple.
-Bulan Sabriel Agenda/Successor Khagan: Likes civilizations that send Trade Routes to his cities. Dislikes civilizations that refrain from sending Trade Routes to his cities.
-Khazaria Trait/Pax Khazarica:. International Trade Routes gain +2 Faith and an additional +1Production if the destination is a city-state. Declaring a Protectorate War grants +50% Production and Faith in all cities for the next 10 turns.
-Khazaria Unit/Khwârazmian Guard: Replaces the Heavy Chariot. Can only be purchased with Gold. Cost to purchase with Gold increases with each copy. +4 Combat Strength when next to another Khwârazmian Guard. +17 Combat Strength with Stirrups.
-Khazaria District/Steppe Village: Replaces the Commercial Hub. Always costs 100 Production +1 Trade Route capacity even if there is a Market or Lighthouse in the city. Gain standard Gold adjacency from districts, Camps, and Pastures. Cannot be built adjacent to the City Centre. Must be built on flat Grassland, Plains, and Tundra.
-Khazaria use modern Turkish names (cities, geographic landmarks, citizens).
-Khazaria has alternate names available in the menu: Khazarstan, Khazar Turkestan, Ashinaids, and Bulanids.
-TSL support for Firaxis: Standard Earth, Firaxis: Huge Earth, Firaxis: Standard Europe, Firaxis: Mediterranean, Firaxis: East Asia, YnAMP: Giant Earth, YnAMP: Greatest Earth Map, YnAMP: Large Europe, and YnAEMP: Play Europe Again.
