Increases saturation, slightly alters some colors. Does not add any sharpening, blur or other image changing effects. INSTALLATION 1) Download and install ReShade to your game directory, particularly to /Expedition 33\Sandfall\Binaries\Win64\SandFall-Win64-Shipping.exe. Choose DirectX 10/11/12 and install all effects. Gamepass users need to choose gamelaunchhelper.exe in /content directory. 2) Download my ReShade preset and drop the Avalanche ReShade.ini to the same directory as the exe above. 3) Open the game and press home button to open ReShade, there you will need to select Avalanche from dropdown menu
3-6% fps hit on RTX 4070 at UWQHD. In cutscenes fps drops up to 10%.
I also recommend this fix for unlocked fps in cutscenes and other nice things:
Skip intro logos.
Enable developer console.
Remove 30fps cap in cutscenes.
Disable letterboxing/pillarboxing in cutscenes.
Disable forced sharpening.
Fix FOV issues when using ultrawide resolutions.
Another recommendation is using latest DLSS model, if possible. Ideally it would be possible via Nvidia app, but I don't have the option to override DLSS model. Luckily simply swapping model for the newer one via DLSS Swapper also works and is using the latest preset K (as shown on screenshots). With DLSS swapper you can also update other games and other upscaling tech (AMD FSR, Intel XeSS and frame generation models)
