This mod is a simple Engine.ini file that doubles the draw distance for the foliage and lighting.
I noticed that the foliage and lighting/shadows are rendered in very close to the player, and were extremely noticeable. So I tried some CVARS that have worked on other Unreal Engine 4/5 games.
I barely noticed a difference in performance on my 3090 at max settings, but your mileage may vary.
To install place the INI file in the %localappdata%\Sandfall\Saved\Config\Windows folder
Make sure you change the file to read-only as the game will immediately delete the file upon loading. (Funny enough it will use the settings on the first boot, but not after)
To change the Engine.ini file to read-only, place it in the folder described above and right click the file and click properties. Following that, click the radio button next to "Read-Only". Click Apply, and then Ok!
For me this made the visuals in the game far far better to look at, and i wasn't able to see the foliage, lighting, and ground cover appear out of thin air.
