Hi! This seems like a super useful addon, and I appreciate you making it!
that said, i'm having an issue: when I select evade-based cards using a gamepad, the gamepad rumbles nonstop and seems to end up in a state of sort of quasi-selection of multiple cards. I'm unable to select any cards to the right of that, either. It doesn't seem to be an issue if i go to my PC itself and use the mouse, but I've been using a gamepad with my TV to play the game so far
edit: trying it a bit more, I'm not sure it was the evade card specifically - it's happened with the ares toggle cannon card too, and even a draw shot. it seems to maybe be: selecting the *second* card from the left when you have 3 or more cards? I'm going to keep trying to pinpoint it to make fixing it easier
edit again: i think it might have something to do with cards that do more than one thing, when they're in one of the first couple slots? a two-ability card worked okay when my hand had a size of 1, but not more than when it was in slot 1/2. similary, right now my hand has 4 cards, and the right two have two actions on them, but it seems to be working okay. my other potential thought is that maybe it's when it's two of the same *type* of action (like multishot)? it's tough to be sure :s
probably final edit for now: testing more, not all combos cause the perma-vibrate issue, but i don't think i've seen a time that it doesn't occur on the left 2-3 most cards in a hand of at least 3, so either it's a fairly broad issue or it's more than one issue that is tougher for me to tweeze apart. considering that it sort of rapid-swaps between the two cards and shows the preview for both of them, i'm guessing it's something to do with the 'cursor'/selection having a mismatch and getting confused? either way, it doesn't seem to necessarily have anything to do with what's on a given card other than how it affects the vibration. I did also try 1.0.3 and the issue was still present
Interesting, I never tried playing with a controller so that issue would definitely have gone unnoticed I can definitely see *why* it would be doing that tho Will see if i can sneak in a fix Thanks !
I don't remember getting this before, but yeah I'm having this issue too. I usually play deckbuilders with gamepad and on steamdeck it's the best way to play
