The core tenets are to 1) preserve existing vanilla gameplay and behaviors such that rules.ini and game mods made in the last 25 years will function as intended and 2) meaningfully expand the modification options to gamelay via .ini (text) edits.

This mod swaps out Tanya's voice lines for some of Nova's from StarCraft. This is basically just me testing to see if it works. Please tell me if it crashes your game, uninstalls Windows, etc. I realized too late that I used the Wings of Liberty voice lines instead of the ones from Covert Ops, which I prefer. I'll add those soon.
