The first file is just one day delay for the Tools
You only need one file, do not download both
How to install a mod ?
Go on the steam game parameters (the cog on the steam library page).
In General > Launch options : add
-fileopenlog
in the text area
You have to unzip the file and put it in your folder : \ProjectCoral\Content\Paks
When using mods please do a backup of your save file first
