Upscales and interpolates (when needed, since some files are 60 fps already) the pre-rendered 1080p 30FPS cutscenes and other video files into 4K 60FPS ones with Topaz Video AI. Unlike the previously uploaded mod, this one has files with a proper bitrate, so there are no playback issues.
TO INSTALL: Drop the Movies folder into Crash Bandicoot 4\Lava\Content, then merge/overwrite all files when prompted.
