Run the game once, pick your in game settings then exit!
Installation:
Open Crime Boss Rockay City - Eye Candy Enhancements folder
Copy the 2 files,
{engine.ini + gameusersettings}
To
c:\users\yourname\saved games\crimeboss\steam\saved\config\windowsnoeditor\
Paste both files there overwriting when asked
