This file replaces the original engine.ini and removes annoying visual effects of the Unreal Engine.It removes foggy backgrounds, blur, bloom and all dof effects but you can chose which effects you want by deleting entries.It slightly sharpens the textures and raises view distance (which is only noticeable in a few maps)
