This is the compatch made for AGOT More Dragon Eggs and Legacy of Valyria.

Currently only adds my changes to the dragon hatching ceremony (agot_dragon_hatching.txt) They added special bonuses to hatching in the Valyrian provinces. Game rules can now properly effect the odds of success.
