Optimization for CK3 by resizing and lowering the size of a textures from like 1024 to 256.
Speeds up a loading of a game like from 1 minute to half a minute. Which makes it x2 faster.
Can somewhat improve render performance but not much.

Optimization for CK3 by resizing and lowering the size of a textures from like 1024 to 256. And 2K textures to 512.
Main goal of this mod was is to somehow speed up a loading of a game. And it actually works. On intel i9 13th gen (laptop) with SSD vanilla game starts in around 1 minute or so, with this mod it can take around half a minute. Can be some what helpfull for low end PC or HDD (haven't tested it on HDD though)
CK3 is like any other Paradox game is very CPU oriented.
Sadly on a lower end processors like Intel I5 7th (laptop) there is no much difference in loading time. It can only save around 20 seconds.
There is not much performance impovmenent either on graphics. For example in terms of video memory it saves around only 200-300 mb or so.
Didn't notice any changes on RAM either 'cause a game consumes so much RAM that even if it do optimize a few megabytes then it is insignificant.
The only thing that is changed is game overall size)) From 13Gb of vanilla now it requires only 6.5gb.
All DLC's are included.
It was tested on 1.14.2.2 version of a game.

This is a pack of only resized textures. I suggest to install it just by replacing files in your game directory. But you can do it through a mod file. If you install it like a simple mod then loading time won't change for you!!! At least I didn't notice any changes. It seems that game at first scans all files from your original game installation and only after loads your mods. So if you want to boost your load times you should just replace all files in your installed game directory.
Place all files from the archive to ...\Crusader Kings III\game\ and replace all the textures. Make sure to do a backup of original game files.
