And the song... its style is so much what I know from anime. I felt that I wanted to know what it is about. I'm confused.
To some extent it feels like a song about relation of a fan to star (musician, actor), with short pre-chorus mentioning loneliness of popular people, chorus about a concert where constellation may be fans with lighters or phones. Stars which may no longer exist may be about hearing music on the radio, not knowing if its author is still alive or we listen to old song of someone who passed away. Later part, I'm not sure. It partially feels like constellation was more people becoming artists. Or constellation of artists being reflected in a person (fan).
Alternatively whole thing is not about artists, but more generally about people being disconnected by death, temporarily, until they will make a constellation together, forever, having painted the night with what they have done in life, for future generations to come.
I'm completely not sure... π«’
I recommend you watch it if you get a chance.
It is a unique Japanese coming-of-age story, but since the subject matter is music, you will find it quite interesting.

Huh, it crossed my mind now that maybe Netflix itself, with VPN set to Japan is the answer. Polish Netflix has a little amount of anime, only some choice of popular mainstream titles.
It may sound funny, but Japanese people like to collect like that.
The animations that can be watched on Netflix are very limited, and you have to use a platform that is provided separately in each country, and even then, it seems that it is difficult to provide them unless they are extremely commercially successful.
It's similar to how I have difficulty watching great works from Poland, Russia, Germany, etc.
In the end, you have no choice but to wait or buy them yourself.
For movies, it was straight transition: DVD -> VOD. I have never used Blu-Ray player, never held Blu-Ray disc in my hands.
Itβs not easy for me to buy expensive platforms like Blu-ray directly.
However, I use rental shops often because they are much cheaper.
And in Japan, DVD is still a great and well-selling platform.
