    why are those tools on the seating plain moisac? Is it something for sticking npc ass?

      Good question. I have no clue. I guess one of the level designers thought it would look cool?

      ETA: My girlfriend explained it to me. The spikes are there as a deterrent for the homeless. Basically so that no one will try to sit down or sleep there.
