Hahaha... okay... now posted on Cyberpunk 2077 imageshare instead of Skyrim! What a noob I am today!

Here are just a few images to show my version of V in Cyberpunk 2077, that I just started a few weeks ago. My Skyrim friends will get a laugh, since my V may look a little like my Skyrim PC looks... a bit.

I don't comment much these days, so don't feel any obligation to comment on my set. I also HATE spoilers, so I probably will not be viewing Cyberpunk 2077 imageshare much over the next few months... so please don't be offended if I do not view, endorse, or comment on your images here.

PS. For those that don't know me, I am just an old guy that loves hard rock and metal music, and especially girls in that type of music. So... my nexus ID is a play on words. But... you can call me...

Well... with my hair that red, it makes it easy for Alex to find me... no matter what game I am hiding out in! Seriously, I wish she could join me here, she would love the cars and motorcycles you can drive.

Thanks! I already have one problem I always seem to have in most games... too much loot to carry! So last night I spent some time selling some guns and clothes. I also found out I had a bunch of machetes and other melee weapons I didn't even know I had. Still learning the UI for this game.

Thanks! That thought totally crossed my mind about having Alex with me on the bike. Alex would totally love that!! But you know what she loves more? Besides me, I mean? You would know if you heard her reply to me last night when I told her I had some chocolate as a gift for her: "Chocolate sounds awesome right now!!"

Hi ya, CMH!  Taking a dip into Cyberpunk, are ya?   I haven't played it myself (I tried, but my computer system is too old and my processor shut down 3 times just trying to get through the char gen, so I got it refunded), but one of these days . . . Always going into a new game is a bit of a challenge, especially when you're used to one set of key commands and trying to learn a new (much more complicated) version (can't tell you how many times poor Arthur Morgan died in RDR2 before the end of Chapter 1 ).  Have fun in there!

Hi, 'Cat! Yeah, I like to play a new (to me) game, even as I continue my full Skyrim playthrough into year 3. Starting a new game is always interesting. Last year it was The Witcher 3, which I played using a controller, and the setup was very strange to me. But I stuck with it and was so glad I did - great game. The controller layout for Cyberpunk is also strange, but better (to me) than The Witcher 3. And like you, the computer I attempted to play it on couldn't run it, in my case because that computer has Windows 8.1 on it. Haha, after waiting hours for the game to download, and then not being able to launch it was frustrating. And like a noob, I was irritated that it didn't just check for the minimum OS level and tell me that in a message, instead of just not starting. After an hour or two trying to figure it out, I wanted to smack myself upside the head after finally finding out the problem.  Because also like a noob... I never read the OS requirements!

I don't know about you, but I can't switch back and forth between games easily because of control layouts... except that I am able to use a controller for one game, and the keyboard and mouse for Skyrim. Maybe that is just me?? I know my youngest "kid" was able to play 3 or 4 games within a few hour period of time - not that I understand why he wanted to do that. Hahaha, maybe just to show me there was, in fact, things he could do that I couldn't.

PS. RDR2 is a game I have on my list... maybe after Cyberpunk.

Thanks! It still seems confusing to me, but I am starting to really like it. Although I am also dying a lot, which I am not used to. But that's okay... I will get better. Hopefully!

Stay away from enemies that have skulls above them until you get stronger, I died a lot too!!
I thought the same, but you will love it when you get stronger!!

Thanks for the tip - The Witcher 3 has something similar, made by the same company. Hmm... surprised I didn't notice that... or... I am getting my butt kicked by the weaker enemies! But thanks - I will keep an eye out for that skull indicator tonight so I know how it looks, and then hopefully it will be something I notice without thinking about it.

Thanks - and we will see. I was going to make a comment about how much fun Cassie might have in Night City ... but knowing Cassie, she wouldn't go by any other name. Wait... unless the guards were after her again! Just kidding! Your V in your earlier set you posted does look great, even if her hair isn't quite as bold as my V! Edit: Hmm, maybe that was just the light in your previous images? Post more images!

Doing images takes a lot of time, and for me when playing Witcher 3, I actually found it much more fun to just play and not worry about it. But part of that was because I was playing W3 on my older PC downstairs on my big TV, sitting on my comfy couch using a controller.

Now... that WAS my intent for playing Cyberpunk 2077, but... my old PC is Windows 8.1, and Cyberpunk 2077 (what is the abbreviation for this game??) requires Windows 10. And apparently it is a hard requirement, cuz it would die immediately on Windows 8.1 as I found out.

BUT... on the positive side, it means I am playing it on my better PC upstairs. Still only a GTX 1070 8GB, but much better than the GTX 1060 3GB that my downstairs PC has. Hahaha... my eyes are thanking me for better graphics, but my backside (and back) is complaining about me spending even more time on this damn desk chair I have!

Stuff happens. I have been a n00b in some manner every day of my life.
I'm tracking you so you can run but you can't hide. hahaa
I haven't played Cyberpunk but I like your images and I have never been a stickler for what is posted in what forums though I definitely prefer more immersive Skyrim images.
    Regardless, enjoy old friend.

Thanks, gurley! If you were one of the two that endorsed my Skyrim noob mistake set, thanks for that too! I deleted the Skyrim image, then noticed it had two endorsements... but it was too late to see who they were. I hope nobody wasted time on a comment there before I deleted it, and I apologize to anybody that tried. Hahahaha, panic set in because I made a mistake!

The one good thing about many nexus users... at least Skyrim users... a lot of us are older and can relate. And, of course, since many of my friends here are in fact older... none of us will remember this after a day or two!

      Take care, my friend!
