Huh? Everything used in this picture is available to download on Nexus. It's just the Zoya top paired with DBRV's Zwei pants.
That said, the pants are super high poly so they may cause your game to lag or crash (the mod author has mentioned several times that his mods are for photos and not so practical for gameplay) but honestly, I haven't had any issues with them and they seem to work fine in my game.
