      Those look like the new Barghest arm model form the Arasaka Cyberarms mod.

      Correct, looks like Arasaka Cyberarms updated today and enabled them for female bodies!

      Like others have said it's from the Arasaka Cyberarms mod. Specifically the Zetatech arms. They look cool but clip through clothes like crazy.
