About this image

Just did a fresh re-install of the game, I have zero clothing mods installed, I do have the unique body mods for V, Judy and Panam and am using the KS Solo Body and UV texture framework for my V. But that shouldn't touch clothing on NPC's. I noticed the same exact tearing/stretching effect on President Myers when she swaps her outfit for the street clothes she finds in the Dogtown safehouse. No other NPC's seem to be effected either in Dogtown or Night City.

Anyone have any idea what is causing this? I have tried validating my files but it didn't fix it.

Oh my, looks like a glitch in The Matrix. I haven't had that particular bug (yet), but what I usually do is remove (or disable if you're using MO2) all the mods, then add them back one by one until the culprit reveals itself. Also, make sure that all the mod dependencies work with your game version. I've kept my game at 2.01 and will continue to do so until I'm absolutely certain that all of those millions of mods and their dependencies I have running will work properly with 2.02. Edit: Oh, and make sure everything works with Phantom Liberty, too. Keeping track of all these things is sometimes a living nightmare.

Well, I'm not quite up to a million mods, lol. Not yet at least. I mostly try to use mods that fix gameplay or add functionality to the game, like zooming scopes or cybereyes, better scanner interface, or things I think should have been in the game to begin with. Like nightvision for your cybereyes. (C'mon CDPR, seriously, no NV?) Oh, and the Arasaka cyberarms mod, because I need me some real cyberarms for my V.

Other than his glitch, (which I did manage to run down, see my post above) I haven't had any problems getting mods to work in game so far. I have the latest patch too, so I dunno? Maybe give it a shot and see what happens?

When it comes to mods, I have a tendency for excess, unfortunately. Fixes and functionality, naturally. Then everything else on top of that. Massive piles of everything. The good thing here is that I'm not literally drowning in mods like I did with Fallout 4. I had hundreds of mods installed, and hundreds in reserve. Managing mod conflicts and load orders felt like madness, really. Anyway, I'm glad you found the offending mod!

I found the culprit if anyone else runs into this. It was the spawn0 - BODY MOD 2.0 - in game better body shape mod. It has an option to apply different body shapes to the Phantom Liberty NPC's. Turning off that option in the interface fixed Alex and she is back to normal.

Thanks everyone for commenting and trying to help, I really appreciate it. I posted the pic to the mod page and put in a bug report, let's see if the problem was the mod or a pebkac error. Entirely possible, lol.

Never seen this bug in any off my mod setup, though had 3 hair mod that had broken bones. And by the looks off it is broken bones or game not reading skeleton correctly.
Now I have a 60 hours ingame time on this play through and sofar more or less bug free.
I have learned that for me is not using any sort off MM handling my mods an only use maual installment. Currently using 70 + mods with hyst Big B and Big Butt. I have had 2 chrahes on start up and 1 from ingame which Have no clue why they happent since game run smoothly after starting again.

Sorrry Dave, no help here. I have seen something like that happen in FNV when the body skeleton was messed up. Everything gets stretched.

I'm just surprised that some people managed to get the game Cyberpunk 2077 so bug-free with mods!?! ...Unfortunately I'm not one of them! ... I've tried several times in different variations and unfortunately since I bought and installed the last DLC I've failed again and again or several times. ... However, from what I read online, there is currently a massive version compatibility issues!?! ...
The bottom line is that I have put modifying Cyberpunk 2077 on hold and will continue to do so until all mods work on the DLC again!!! :=)
