    I would have added Jackie Welles riding shotgun, but... the photo tools and the appearance/placement tools are difficult. So says a guy who considers himself a master shepherd in herding cats.

    Anyway, it's a great mod and in keeping with the concept of having collectors of old cars in the game -- for example, Johnny Silverhand's 911.

    Damn, now I might have to go and get one for myself, and hope that some sunny day someone will make a 1968 Shelby Cobra GT350...

      I think you would enjoy driving it in game. With the top down it's a completely different experience. No kidding, a Shelby Cobra "replica" maybe on an affordable chassis and engine would be great.

    ah, cool sleds and cool drivers, they go well together. Miami Vice is a very good choice. I really enjoyed watching the series.

      Thanks. I guess it's been about 40 years since Miami Vice was filmed -- time flies -- but it was a good buddy cop show. I remember watching the scene with Phil Collins' "In the Air Tonight" and sitting there in my chair mesmerized, not able to to take my eyes off the TV screen.

    Beautiful images too. The lighting and the chrome (which is also thematically appropriate for CP 2077) are a wonderful combination.

      Yes it is, it is. I was getting some pretty good lighting from the street lights and ambient sources, but then I added some from the CharLi mod to really make the paint shine.

    A true classic. In some ways I think it's a more "earnest" car than the Italian jobs. Kind of like the later Dodge Viper. Or an F4 Phantom. A brutal and down to earth machine. Created - the Cobra at least- with one purpose in mind. That it's got the looks too is just an added bonus. Beautiful shots and interesting to hear about how it is in-game. I hope that it's got the right sound topping it off

      Yes, a classic for sure. It has a good sports car sound. Each of the vehicle types have  in the game have a different engine and exhaust sound. This one sounds good and is probably one of the other sports car sounds duplicated, but I would have to listen more to compare. Unfortunately, it doesn't sound like one of the muscle cars from the '60s-'70s that might have been better. Thanks.

    That is one beautiful car, always loved the look of them. And being a Detroit boy, well, they are kind of a big deal around these parts. Actually got to drive one once, on the track at the Performance Center no less. My Dad was a design engineer working for Ford, not on the Shelby, but on quite a lot of other cars they made, and some other bits and widgets involved in holding the things together. Anyway, he took me out to the Performance Center, and they asked him if he wanted to take a few MORE laps today, and I gawked at him, turned green, and was very confused all at once. Took me out and he showed me how to drive her "proper" while I turned white and discovered how many G's that thing could pull. After he had had his fun, he let me drive it once around the track at a rather more sedate pace. At 19 years of age I honestly was not a good enough driver to handle that beast of a machine. At least not without wrecking it.

      Wow! What an experience. Total envy here. Shelby motors, quite a story. I guess Shelby was originally a race driver himself, but ended up building those fabulous performance cars. I think they all had Ford engines (not sure). The only one I ever saw in person was a Shelby Mustang Cobra. Maybe '68. I didn't get to drive it, but was in total awe just looking at that performance beast. I don't know what year this one is, but it's like I remember.

      There aren't a lot of cowboy duds and gear to be found, but there is some. And certainly no horses. In fact, the only animal is a scrawny hairless cat. Oh, and a lizard.
      Yeah, great car. I always wanted an MG-A on an MG-B Midget budget.
