About this image
Tried a slightly different look for V here with winged eyeshadow mod and darker blush.
Whenever I reach the 5-star alert level with NCPD, I often take the high ground atop a building where I get lightly peppered by long-range snipers. Frequently, I can take out MaxTac with a series of Netrunner hacks and follow up with weapons, but gotta have a sniper rifle in the backpack to deal with those NCPD snipers. The Breakthrough has a large zoom scope, is steady, and does the job dealing with those long-range snipers. Sometimes I practice this by engaging NCPD near Reconciliation Park and then hopping up on the building adjacent to the yellow pedestrian bridge. It's usually a long fight as the NCPD keeps spawning and MaxTac shows up numerous times! I didn't always have a decent sniper rifle, so this repeated engagement is how I arrived at using the Breakthrough. Even then, sometimes I get overwhelmed by MaxTac when I'm on the street! Those guys & gals are former cyberpsychos and their relentless, speedy Mantis Blade attacks can be overwhelming if you can't deliver enough hacks and counter-assaults in time. You literally can work up a sweat during the ensuing fight!
Color and sky adjusted using Luminar Neo.

NOTES: I play Cyberpunk 2077 on a Mac Studio M2 Ultra via CrossOver from Code Weavers! (I'm amazed that I can play this game on a Mac in native 4K) Except for implementing DLSS, it is difficult or impossible to implement mods that require other mods to function, such as tweaks, scripting, etc., so I generally restrict my mods to Archive visual enhancements.
