Version 1.1
Fixed your man Stan's subtitles.
This certainly isn't the first mod of its kind, but I've found that other mods change way more than I want, so I made my own.
I wanted the game to feel more or less vanilla, but I got tired of waiting the 15 seconds or so before I could press space bar to continue.
There are basically four sequences that occur before reaching the main menu:
Cyberpunk 2077 logo (cp_logo_intro_en.bk2) - removed this as it is otherwise unskippable.
CDPR and various logos and messages (cyberpunk2077_game_intro.bk2, etc.) - removed this as it is otherwise unskippable.
News Broadcast video (intro_after_splash_screens.bk2) - left alone, as can be skipped with space bar.
Cyberpunk 2077 logo "Breaching..." screen (splash_logo.bk2) - left alone, as can be skipped with space bar, or with launch option.
This mod only skips the first two that are unskippable with the space bar.
For Steam, you can also use some combination of these launch options as well, if you want.
--launcher-skip -modded will skip the launcher and run the game with REDmod enabled (omit "-modded" if you do not want to enable REDmod). There should be similar launch options for GoG and Epic but I don't know them.
-skipStartScreen will skip the Cyberpunk 2077 logo "Breaching..." screen, if you want that.
This was made with the menu files from 2.0+, so I doubt it will work with older versions of the game.
