In vanilla you can only equip control quickhacks in the Monowire.
This mod enables all quickhack types for the Monowires.
Requires Phantom Liberty obviously.
Installation:
- Install TweakXL
- use a mod manager like MO2
- (or extract into your game folder)
Credits:
- Psiberx for TweakXL
- Red4ext, CET
