About this mod
Lowers shine/brightness on female and male v's lips so they are not as shiny/wet looking. Should work with face texture mods as long as the modder hasn't edited the default spec maps. It will affect all face textures for V.

Lowers shine/brightness on female and male v's lips so they are not as shiny/wet looking they are not completely matte and they still have some shine. Should work with face texture mods as long as the modder hasn't edited the specular maps. It will work for all complexions selectable for V and some of the NPCs that use the same specular map.
