Introduction
Here is the save file I use when I try to make new builds. The save file starts in the Phantom Liberty main questline when free roaming in Dogtown is possible and vendors sell Iconic cyberware. The character is maxed out and starts of clean with limited resources. Down below is a more detailed description.

- Bought all permantent buffs from vendors in Dogtown, except quest related ones
- Equiped universal useful legendary clothing
