Thank you all for your comments and contributions. I would like to thank you here. To be honest, I think it's just my environment, but for some reason when I increase the FPS, the drawing takes priority? I don't know why, but when I raise the FPS to 60, the FPS setting takes priority and is pulled there, forcing the game to quit halfway through and return to the desktop screen. I have the graphics set to the lowest. So in my environment, in addition to that, I lower the FPS to below 20 and focus on stability.
Same setup, except using a 2060 Super 8gb and many mods. No crashes of the sort, settings on High with no RT on and runs silky. Game should run decent on OP's setup. Might need a fresh install of game+mods? Possible 2.02 borked things for some peeps, as well.
What is weird about having hi-res textures eating up your VRAM? Also it's only 8GB VRAM in a laptop version of 3070. I have a laptop 2070 and I run the game on Ultra@60FPS locked without RT same with upscaled textures for world + all characters.
I have a i5 9400f and a rtx 2070 super too and i don't have any problems i play at 2k with 367 mods so im thinking that it may be a hardware problem or a mod incompatibility i would look more into it, sadly i don't have any idea where to start but maybe go on reddit and search a bit.
My rig: Lenovo laptop 513 Y15 Windows 11 Nvidia Geforce GTX 1050 4gb i5 8300h CPY 2.3 GHz 16 GB ram SSD 250GB My laptop can handle the high settings, but it is getting to warm to my idea So i bought an coolingpad, just in case, better safe than sorry. and i altered some graphic settings like shadows and water and far distance objects and motion blurs, cause i do not care much about those things if they are sharp or not And my laptop runs this game for hours effortlessly, average Cyberpunk game time about 6 to 8 hours a day
This problem starting from 2.02 game version. With 2.01 I have never had an unexpected crash while playing. Updating the AMD graphics card solved this problem but it can still happen with version 2.02.

here is my pc specs:
cpu ( I3-9100F)
gpu ( GTX 1060 6GB )
ram ( 16GB )
game version 2.01
also I use a lot of mods so I don't think mods have to do anything with your game performance
