The Overclock ability for the Rippler cyberdeck only activates in combat instead of any time, allowing for stealth!

It can be pretty annoying to activate Overclock for this cyberdeck and it breaking stealth due to how the ability works. Now, the ability will only activate when enemies are alerted and are hostile to you!
