Mod version: 1.1
Game version: 2.1
NEWS:
Update 1.2 will take a while. It's a lot to redo, update etc. and after more than 1 year of no modding, I have to update loads of software and tools, get used to new and old processes again. I'm working on it, but there is no date for the release yet - still a lot to do.
Update status: ~40% (work-in-progress)
2025-APR-24

- Custom body armor, refit for the Zetatech version of Aanderz Cyberarms (other arms work, but may cause clipping)

Lore
The original IEC Dragoon was / is a so called "Full Body Replacement" of the German megacorp International Electric Corporation. It was designed in Berlin "to be the most deadly weapon any army could have". No other megacorp or government was able to build a similar powerful Cyberware product - nor to copy and / or enhance it.
"The embarrassing destruction of an Arasaka installation off the coast of China opened his eyes to the possibilities of combat cyborg full-body replacements; all it took was one Dragoon to do a job that, according to Arasaka's best generals, was impossible with less than a battalion."
While (the internationally in corpo and solo quarters well known) Adam Smasher operates a modified variant of the Militech Dragoon (a toned down version of the IEC Dragoon), pretty much no other human being ever used this FBR on a daily basis. But what not even state-run intelligence agencies of the EEC and the NUSA or the cyber security departments of the worlds most powerful megacorps knew, is the fact that a 100% inofficially operating elite group of specialists under the code name "SA" - etablished of roughly a dozen former high ranked engineers of IEC, Militech, Arasaka and Zetatech - already started a new top secret project by the year 2076. After getting their hands on the only still existing copy of the original blueprints of the IEC Dragoon, the worlds most capable cyberware scientists from Germany and Sweden have ever since been working on a highly customized and optimized variant of the Militech Dragoon - the Dragoon-SA. Thanks to the original blueprints they used a lot more extremely powerful technology from the IEC Dragoon, which makes this version a lot more capable compared to the Militech Dragoon. The fully new developed, implemented AI nano antibodies are reducing any cyberpsychotic effects by almost 99% and the completely new invented alloy makes the already almost indestructible armor now more than five times as effective as before and so the production of a much lighter and smaller FBR was possible.
The Dragoon-SA is ready to use.
