Increases the fury chance from the edgerunner perk.

Default value is 0.001, 0.1% chance of fury per point over cyberware capacity. 1.000 is 100%, 0.010 is 1.0% chance. I've went ahead and included a 100% version so you will 100% of the time on killing someone get fury, and a 0.5% chance one, and a 1.0% chance one. You can edit the value yourself for however much you want it's simple.
(So, 1.0% you'll have a max of 50% chance of fury on each kill at max-over capacity. 0.5% You'll have 25% chance of fury on each kill. 0.3% you'll have 15% chance at max)
Installation: Drop the bin folder in your main cyberpunk folder. Requires Cyber Engine Tweaks.

There's also a bug where if you start to meet the ingame max cap on cyberware capacity, you'll start to run into UI bugs. On controller the fix for this is when ur in the cyberware menu, press R3, L1, R1, or just R3, and some combination of them will make the Cyberware on left, reappear, and you'll be able to change cyberware. I was looking into how to fix this bug but I got no clue lol. Just thought I'd share this info here incase anyone viewing this mod hasn't already went ahead and downloaded those fixes, or is aware of the cyberware bug when u reach close to 500.
