About this mod
Opens the two developer menus left in the game for testers.
Debug New Game - opens most quests.
Open Debug Menu - opens cheats for character and weapon changes.
Does not open all quests, as the developers removed some test locations, or the interface to debug the game. Try it at your own risk. if something goes wrong Alt+F4. Repeat.

Found inside the Mod Setting code, options that I’ve been looking for, like running a separate quest. It’s possible now, but it’s not as simple as it looks.
There is no mission name, just a number instead, and many missions either have a black screen or fall underground or other bugs.
I’m putting it all out there without much editing.
This mod is for studying, exploring the game world, and understanding how the game works.
Installation
Install Mod Settings
https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/4885
Backup packed.reds file in the red4ext\plugins\mod_settings folder (copy somewhere or archive in case of a return to the original mod)
Replace the packed.reds file in the red4ext\plugins\mod_settings folder file from this mod
Done - you have 2 menus, you can entertain until the first glitch.
If something goes wrong Alt+F4. and don't start this quest № n
