Drugs:
All drugs, all treated as inhalers / injectors, and share cooldown / item slot with it. Each drug has unique effects and toxicity levels, potentially leading to debuffs or health damage upon overdose. These drugs are available from various vendors, with a full selection available at Dogtown Stadium. Note that purchasing illegal drugs outside of Dogtown requires street cred.

Toxicity System:
By default, all drugs added by this mod, will cause player toxicity to raise. Player toxicity levels are displayed as a bar below stamina bar.
Going over 50% toxicity treshold, will apply some maluses to player. Player will also take damage scaling with toxicity too. Going over the toxicity cap is possible as well, but it will deal massive damage, relative to toxicity of taken drugs. Toxicity will slowly fade to 0, when not consuming drugs.
Being poisoned by enemies, will also slowly raise toxicity.

Leveled Drugs (Can be bought at tiers 1-5+):
  • SuperJet - Last Stand kind of drug. Massive initial heal, and damage reduction, tapering off over short time period.
It also gives adrenaline on hit,  but disables any futher healing item use.
  • IC3C0LD - Offers instant RAM regeneration and increased RAM regen, ideal for early game before unlocking Overclock.
  • Roaring Phoenix -A slightly less powerful version of Blood Pump.
  • Be Rite Back - A weaker MaxDoc with added Cyberware Cooldown Reduction.

General Drugs:
  • K - Enhances the Kerenzikov Effect, making it longer and stronger.
  • Glitter -Significantly boosts movement speed, attack speed, and jump, but with high toxicity that can be fatal.
  • Breathless - Eliminates stamina regeneration delay.
  • StimPack - Reduces recoil, and enhances accuracy, reload speed, crit chance, and movement speed.
  • Aspis - Greatly increases armor and health but reduces movement speed and mobility.
  • Juice - Maximizes adrenaline and prevents its decay, with additional buffs to movement speed, melee damage, and jumping—ideal as healer replacement for high HP/melee builds.
  • Elude -Provides a small mitigation buff at the cost of armor, with added movement speed and stealth benefits.
  • Marinette - Extends quickhack trace time and increases quickhack damage.
  • Black Lace - Grants armor and, during Adrenaline Rush, provides additional armor and a damage bonus.
  • Code Freeze - Reduces the health cost of quickhacks during Overclock.
  • Rambo 8 - Significantly boosts melee damage at the cost of melee speed and increased stamina use, along with bonuses to Body attribute checks.
  • Happy Kill -Restores health and RAM on kill, guarantees a 'Edgerunner' buff post-kill, and provides additional stacking buffs for each kill.

Cyberware:
  • Detoxifier: Can be used, to immediately convert half of current toxicity, to health.

Other Changes(Optional):
  • Alcohol now grants an extra Cool stat check in dialogues, at the cost of Reflex stat checks, and provides a minor pain reduction (armor bonus).
  • Vanilla healing items can have toxicity effects.
  • A Mod Settings Menu allows customization of drug/toxicity settings and alcohol buffs.

Compatibility:
  • Dark future - Alcohol changes in Synthdose, needs to be disabled in configs, as Dark Future adds it's own changes to alcohol.
Toxicity bar, can overlap with Dark Future needs bars. If that happens, configuration in Dark Future can be used, to move the Bars around.Beside that, handfull of Synthdose drugs, will be considered as addictive (Dark Future addiction system)
