This mod adds a single black spot to the face!!!
Replace facial tattoos 03 for female V (haven't test with male V)
With this small single black spot on the left side that can act as a beauty mark.
and a black spot on the right side (please install facial tattoos 03 replacer one at a time)

UPDATED Also have a separate version that replaces facial tattoos 02.
With a black spot under the eyes on the left side
And under the eyes on the right side (please install facial tattoos 02 replacer one at a time)
