WHY THIS MOD:
- Bullet Deflect/Bullet Time: reduce minimum stamina requirement to block bullets; add chance to activate Bullet Time when time is not slowed.
- Yadome No Jutsu: add chance to automatic reflect.HOW TO INSTALL: Simply download then extract this mod to your Cyberpunk folder.
BUT THE VALUES ARE TOO HIGH/LOW: Edit values inside with any text editor, I tried my best to keep them easy to understand and edit with comments.

- When learning about Blades can block and even deflect bullets, I was hoping to dance left and right, evade some bullets, deflect others before I reach my target like a butterfly. Instead I'm just like a turtle crawling slowly with my sword always on blocking stance, can't do anything.
- Invite you to invest some perk points on those skills.
- Comebine Bullet Deflect and Bullet Time into one perk.
- Add Yadome No Jutsu, perk grant chance to automatic deflecting bullets without require blocking.
- Every skill now have interesting passive bonuses that scale with Reflexes:
