SOR-22 has very cool design but has bad stat in vanilla and rather boring to use.
There are several weapon overhaul mods that gives it better damage, but I just wanted to give it another gameplay mechanics than just a flat damage buff.
Idk, I just have some fixation about big powerful rifles being able to penetrate covers.
I might make a mod that adds penetration to other power sniper rifles in the future.
