"I have to dip for a while. They got my face and everything. I was racing the Hillside Trial when pigs set me up. Two of them tried to put down a spike strip in the middle of the road and i took them out straight by accident... cold welded my beautiful 300SL in the guardrails - i dont know how i was able to grapple out of that one... PLEASE TAKE A LOOK OUT FOR EROK and make sure hes fine! I couldnt go back and risk them following me to this place... but he had been gone for a while now so i hope hes ok - before i left for racing i actually cooked his favorite meal. If hes not back yet please leave it for him!
The pigs still dont seem to know of the CMS. So as long as the guys from the Chop Shops still hang out there it should be safe. But i also talked with the Nomads and they will send you Tyler with an observation truck to keep a look out for you. If you get there and you cant see his truck - just say hi to the Chop Shop guy and he will send Tyler a message. They know each other.
You can jack into the observation tool to stay linked while youre there - access is on the roof antenna for now.

Technical Description
- This is a small, custom preset for Appearance Menu Mod (AMM) at the location of the Car Modification Shop mod and the Chop Shop in Northside. This is largely inspired by Darkcopse's AMM Car Modification Shop. Kudos to him, reverse engineering his preset helped me build this much quicker.
- This is optimized for performance; i personally use this preset combined (merged) with a few other small presets and cant tell a fps difference on my old, cheap setup in comparison to not using any AMM presets; many big apartment presets do have an impact for me, really seems to depend on size and location of the presets

- This includes custom props thanks to ProximaDust (Proxima's Prop Paradise and propshop v4 archive&props). They give up on stats and Endorsements for our convenience - please give them Kudos instead <3
Requirements and recommendations:
- Hard requirement: for this mod you need Appearance Menu Mod (AMM). THATS ALL :)
- Soft requirements: to see all the custom props you need the additional props from Grease Monkey and Badlands Life.
- Strong recommendations: to actually tune your vehicles youll need Car Modification Shop. And to sell stolen vehicles: Chop Shops
- Other recommendations: True Grip, Dynamic Downforce and Gravity, Speedometer Fixes, Auto Drive, car mods by SDH0 etc.
Known issues:
- Grass floating is a vanilla issue at this location. i wanted to stay low profile with this preset and leave open space for big/multiple vehicles so i didnt fully cover it.
- Car lift gets stuck half way down when lowered. its an issue with the prop itself. cant do anything about it unfortunately, just dont hack it remotely.
- Observation truck and Tyler often arent there when you arrive - just go towards the chop shops until the guy sees you (nomads ya know, always late...^^')

everything is very close to the two garage buildings. no noclip/flying allowed/necessary. please dont spoil locations in the post section.
what you can find:
- a huge dildo, a waving cat and a worn bikini

- the hidden body of a dead girl. shes a biker and didnt survive "the new rule 4"...
