Removes RNG stat bonuses from all cyberware.
This mod is intended as a custom way to work against high endgame stats provided by some mods.
The total effect will vary depending on how well you tend to optimize your cyberware stat bonuses.
Perks related to RNG bonuses have also been changed or removed.
- All Things Cyber and License to Chrome LVL one is replaced with 5% Armor from all sources.
- Driver Update and Chipware Connoisseur have been removed (please unslot perk points in those perks before installing)
