Improved frontal cortex cyberware that reduces the cooldowns of all cyberware by -10/-20% after neutralizing an enemy - standalone cyberware.

An evolution of the Axolotl with improved cooldown reduction.
There are other standalone variants of it on Nexus but I think they go too far; the settings shown below seem well balanced to me.
(And I had fun making the custom icon for it)
Rarity
As for the default Axolotl, this implant exists in 5 rarities :
Epic : 10% cooldown
Epic+ : 12.5% cooldown
Legendary : 15% cooldown
Legendary+ : 17.5% cooldown
Legendary++ : 20% cooldown
You can upgrade it using craft components like any regular cyberware.
How to get it
You can buy it from from Chiyo Omoto (Japantown, Westbrook) or at any Dog Town ripperdoc as soon as you reach level 25 (it's not cheap).

This mod goes well with a Militech Twin Sandevistan, you may try it :)
