There are two ways you can install and use. Pick whichever one you like.
1: Simply drag and drop on your favourite Mod Manager
2. To use the Appearance Change Unlocker preset unzip and place the file in the following directory: bin\x64\plugins\cyber_engine_tweaks\mods\AppearanceChangeUnlocker\character-presets\female
