For people who don't want to be wanted for accidentally killing NPC anymore or just wanna be a good guy. This mod makes NPC hard to kill, including by most explosive devices and EMP.

This mod increase NPC's HP and decrease their explosion damage (because explosion damage is scaled by max HP).
However, NPC can still be instakilled by: being too close to a vehicle explosion (or being the driver), being hit by a car at high speed, falling from a height, and triggering explosive devices that has been specifically set up in certain scenes. These are all game mechanics.
