Adds a new 'Minimum dialogue cooldown' option that can be used to tweak the delay between Johnny saying things, ex: the min time after commenting on a crash that can then comment on a pedestrian or combat etc
Adds a new 'Longer repeat voiceline cooldowns' option that can be used to add 50% more time to the cooldowns for categories, ex: the min time between commenting on crashing
Adds a new 'Seating setting' that controls where he will spawn, Default [base game: 75% front seat, 25% back seat if available], Only Front Seat, or Prioritise Backseat (always backseat if one is available)
Fixed a suspected bug where potentially the various 'cooldown facts' could have got stuck, if the scene ended before they timed out, which could have prevented them ever resetting
Fixed some broken logic, that prevented Johnny commenting on you losing your wanted level, if he commented on you having the wanted level, and he was still there throughout (this may be hard to trigger, but it was impossible before)
Basics: Game update 2.2 added The Passenger as an actual feature to the game! Including more things for Johnny to say and more things to react to. Some feel maybe he says too much... and/or that it can get old... This mod adds a Native Settings menu to let you:
Disable/enable the feature at will
Control how often Johnny spawns (if you don't disable the feature) (10/20/30/40/50/60/70/80/90/100%)
Disable various categories of dialogue (disable all of them for a nice silent passenger):
General comments, such as when he spawns or if you stare at him
Combat/NCPD comments
Speeding/stunts comments
Crashing the vehicle comments
Running over pedestrains comments
The range of randomised delays for Johnny spawning is now shorter (15-45s, rather than 15-120s) so that it is the % spawn chance that is giving more control. Default settings are 30% spawn rate, and no dialogs disabled. Ko-Fi link: Really like my mod(s)?: Ko-Fi: Deceptious
Installation? Unzip the main zip into "Cyberpunk 2077" folder so that the .archive file ends up in the "Cyberpunk 2077\archive\pc\mod" folder The #ThePassengerSettings folder, the CET part of the mod, should then also end up in "Cyberpunk 2077\bin\x64\plugins\cyber_engine_tweaks\mods\"
Uninstall? Delete the #ThePassengerSettings.archive file from the "Cyberpunk 2077\archive\pc\mod" folder. Delete the #ThePassengerSettings folder from the "Cyberpunk 2077\bin\x64\plugins\cyber_engine_tweaks\mods\" folder
How to "use" the mod? Simply find the 'The Passenger Settings' tab in the the Mods menu, from the main menu. Settings are saved in a settings.json file, and are shared between saves. Settings changed from the menu are applied when loading into a save, settings changed while in the game itself are applied immediately.
