CONGRATULATIONS! YOU ARE INVITED TO THE ARASAKA ESTATE MANSION PARTY! Enjoy your Free Brand-New Mansion courtesy of Arasaka themselves! This 3-Story Mansion in North Oak is now FULLY KITTED wiith over a whopping 2,100 props...........My absolute biggest project I could ever think of doing and OMG. THIS, Was the Mansion we ALL DESERVED TO OWN. <3

*********** WARNING ************
You MUST download "Arasaka Estate Unlocked" or the Front Gates won't be open. There are also 7 GUARDS around the house that will attack on sight ( a fun challenge, but they can RUIN most of the glass windows in the Mansion if not taken out stealthily ). Download the version " No More Guards" of "Arasaka Estate Unlocked" if that annoys you having to fight the guards every reload into the game.
SADLY, other than the 7 NPC Guards that COULD spawn at the Mansion, CDPR didn't program the Police or MaxTac to understand where you are or even follow you onto the grounds of the Mansion. BIG BUMMER ); ( My other Mod "Pacifica Apartment" DOES HAVE POLICE AND MAXTAC chase you down into the Apartment though! (: )

- Find and Stand on the White Arasaka Logo and line-up your cursor with the adjacent logo THEN call in your Rayfield AV for “Perfect” Landing spot.

ONCE YOU DOWNLOAD THE "archive" FILE DRAG IT INTO YOUR CYBERPUNK 2077 FILES AND YOU ARE DONE!
YOU CAN WALK TO THE MANSION located in North Oak with its own fast travel Point.
I'm running this game on the LOWEST SETTINGS getting 50-60 fps
