If you have been wanting a place to store all your cars and hangout when not doing missions, the Wellsprings garage and clubhouse is the place for you! With space to park up to 30 cars, bar, pool table, and lounge, the Wellsprings garage and penthouse is your dream home away from home and a great place for photo shoots!!
Be sure to check the bugs section. There are 3 outstanding issues I am unable to fix for now.
And super huge thanks to the prop modders that enabled me to create this.
Activate via AMM for now. I need 1 outstanding permission before I can update the ArchiveXL version.
Also do not save game with V inside the clubhouse. On next load they will fall to the ground and possibly get stuck under the house.
