Iconic Tech LMG, shots apply the "Sorrowful" status effect, further shots have a chance to induce suicide.

Iconic Tech Light Machine Gun, comes with an integrated T5 Gaki scope, (to utilize her rather long range and maintain a base charge level), and an integrated muzzle, rendering her rather stable for an LMG. Thanks to the mod slots, shots can be further stabilized with Ready Steady (and additionally with Immovable Force). Wallpuncher is an excellent choice for the other mod slot. The relevant LMG and Tech weapon perks accompanied by maxed out "Engineer" skill significantly increase her power level.
Status Effect
All shots apply the "Sorrowful" status effect to enemies, which is equivalent of the vanilla game "Vulnerable" status effect (-10 armor, -10 to Electrical, Thermal and Chemical resistance). Shooting enemies under the "Sorrowful" status effect has 18% chance to upload the "Suicide" quickhack to them, only main bosses are immune to this effect (they are still susceptible to "Sorrow").
How to obtain?
Once neutralized, Barry Alken drops her during the Suspected Organized Crime Activity: Opposites Attract at Uncommon (T2) quality. Alternatively can be bought from Herold Lowe (Petrochem Stadium weapon vendor, Phantom Liberty)
What if I want it 'here and now'?
The console command to get her:
