Version 25.4.22.0
- Fixed an issue where the Low camera setting from the global game settings was not taken into account.
- Added a hidden edit mode that allows you to change entire TweakDB access paths.
- This mode is toggled by quickly right-clicking any text value in the upper table 10 times. It is only recommended if a vehicle's camera settings cannot be applied. In that case, you need to extract the necessary information from the vehicle mod’s Tweak YAML file and enter it correctly. Alternatively, you can delete the relevant data from the YAML file to allow normal camera adjustments without using this mode, but you would have to repeat this step after every update of the vehicle mod — which is the only reason this new edit mode exists: to solve the problem in a single step.
- At the moment, this is only necessary for a particular vehicle mod that overrides global values in a way even worse than the default game behavior for custom vehicles. It forces excessive zoom and a very low camera angle across all distance settings, regardless of vehicle or user preferences. It's not very user-friendly, but I don't want to criticize it — every modder is free to create their mods however they like. I'm just here to clean up the mess. - Added preset for:
- Blade Runner Spinner
- Drive a Bus - Ride on Mahir MT28 Coach
- Hot Wheels Twin Mill
- Lamborghini Evo 2
- Lotus Evija

Version 25.4.19.1
- Fixed a critical issue where GUI elements were not scaled correctly depending on the screen resolution used.
- Improved the GUI editor by replacing many text elements with icons, adding tooltips and clearer explanations to all elements, and providing visual feedback for all actions.
- Improved many existing presets by fine-tuning the Y-offset values for more accurate alignment.
- Added support for 'Militech Basilisk', which uses different paths but fortunately follows the same logic.
- Added preset for:
- Bentley 6 (1930)
- Dodge Viper 1999
- Nilu 27
- The Wobbler - Monowheel
- Herrera Riptide (vanilla, but its original setup is quite broken compared to other vanilla ones)
-
Version 25.4.19.0
- Changelog merged with v25.4.19.1
-
Version 25.4.12.0
- Fixed an issue where some default presets were not flagged as default.
- Improved the save function in the editor to directly apply changes, even when file overwriting is disabled. Additionally, a preset file will be deleted when saved if all settings are reset to default values, as saving such a preset would serve no purpose. However, overwriting existing files must still be explicitly enabled beforehand.
-
Version 25.4.11.1
- Fixed an issue where the default preset could not be loaded in the editor.
- Added 5 missing default presets.
- Improved the tooltip when naming a preset to explain the priorities more clearly.
- Changed values compared to the default values are now highlighted in the editor.
- A modified preset that has not been saved will cause the Save button to be highlighted.
-
Version 25.4.11.0
- Improved the preset name system significantly, now supporting outdated mods that do not have their own appearance names.
- Revised nearly all presets, resulting in even more accurate camera settings.
- Added numerous tooltips and updated previous ones, providing detailed explanations for almost everything.
- Added preset for:
- 2000 Saleen S281 New Edge Mustang
- 2022 Bugatti Chiron Profilee
- Albany Esperanto

- Aston Martin DB11

Version 25.4.8.0
- Added a simple file manager for preset files.
- Added more helpful tooltips.
- Improved handling of directory queries.
- Added preset for:
- Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX
- Volkswagen Super Beetle 1971 - Presets no longer contain links to other presets. Linking is still supported, but presets delivered with the mod should not contain links, as the user could accidentally delete the endpoint of multiple presets with the new file manager, causing any presets linked to it to stop working.
-
Version 25.4.6.1
- Fixed a critical issue that appeared in the previous version (25.4.6.0), where the opposite values were saved
- Added preset for 'Jaguar XJ13'.
- Added preset for 'Cyber Kart Nomad Edition'.
-
Version 25.4.6.0
- Improved controls for changing numbers, making them more user-friendly.
- Added a feature to adjust the X-axis as well.
- Added a feature to change the angle applied during auto-centering.
- Various code optimizations to make the code even stricter, safer, and more performant.
-
Version 25.4.4.0
- Fixed an issue where '4w_Preset' was not recognized as default preset.
- Fixed various issues where values from a default preset could not be reliably loaded.
- Added a feature that allows specifying the preset name to be saved. It’s designed to be foolproof, preventing invalid names. Any naming errors are displayed in the console for clarity on proper naming conventions.
- Added a checkbox that enables overwriting an existing preset file. For safety, this option resets after each successful save.
- Added preset for 'FERRARI SF90 XX STRADALE'.
-
Version 25.4.3.1
- Added a feature to link multiple presets using a name prefix. If an exact match isn’t found, the mod will search for presets with the same prefix, making it easier to create variations of vehicle presets with small differences, such as different versions of the same vehicle.
- Added a default preset that was previously missing.
- Added preset for 'Nissan Skyline GT-R R34 Itasha'.
- Merged some existing presets into a single preset based on the new system.
- The editor now shows additional details, including the preset file name and whether the preset is a default.
-
Version 25.4.3.0
- Renamed the mod to better reflect its current functionality.
- Added a feature that checks if a preset is valid before loading.
- Certain errors now force a print output to the console, which is important because Developer Mode is always disabled during initialization and only activated afterward.
- Added a preset for 'Subaru WRX STI 2008'.
- Added another version of the mod, designed specifically for creating and managing custom presets.
-
Version 25.4.2.0
- Fixed an issue where a preset was only partially applied if not all parameters were defined in the preset file.
- Fixed an issue where a preset was applied more than once unnecessarily.
- Fixed an issue in the editor for creating custom presets where the current preset was not always displayed correctly and could show incorrect values.
- Improved the restoration logic for original presets — now only modified presets are restored instead of restoring all presets indiscriminately.
- Changed the naming requirements for presets: partial names are no longer allowed, as they can easily conflict with other mods.
- Default camera presets are now stored in external files to ensure that the original state can always be restored, regardless of what happens in-game.
- Added around 40 new presets (covering all vehicles from @SDH0).
- General improvements to code style and logic.
-
Version 25.3.31.0
- Fixed an issue where the mod was not fully disabled when it was supposed to be.
- Reworked the preset system so that presets are now stored in external files, allowing you to modify or add presets without editing the source code.
- Added all remaining default camera IDs to ensure that any changes can be properly reverted.
- Added user interface elements that let you adjust, test, and permanently save camera settings in real time — making it much easier to create new presets in the future.
-
Version 25.3.24.2
- Fixed issue with folder structure.
-
Version 25.3.24.1
- Fixed critical typo in overlay close event.
-
Version 25.3.24.0
- Added a GUI with the ability to disable the mod, which can be helpful for developers when tweaking mod-used values in TweakDB.
-
Version 25.3.22.0
- Initial release.

This mod fixes issues with third-person perspective (TPP) camera offsets for specific custom vehicles that do not align properly with the game's standard vehicle presets. Many modded vehicles use default camera settings that aren't optimized for their unique sizes or proportions, causing awkward camera angles. This mod dynamically adjusts TPP camera positioning, improving the driving experience.
Additionally, the mod allows you to create custom presets for all vehicles, giving you complete control over the camera setup. You can fine-tune the camera angles and adjust the positioning to suit your preferences, making the mod fully customizable for all vehicles in the game.
Note: Due to the large number of available custom vehicles, not all have been done yet. However, additional vehicles can be added upon request — or by yourself, simply by enabling Developer Mode.
Important: The supported vehicles are listed in the Requirements section. If you don’t have any of these installed and aren’t interested in modifying camera positions yourself, this mod won’t be useful for you.
