Opens up and cleans up Jackie's garage, so now you can use it as a Safe House. Fast travel point has been installed and some garbage surrounding the garage and El Coyote Cojo have been removed.
INSTALL AFTER COMPLETING HEROES. ELSE YOU WILL MAKE JACKIE'S GARAGE EXPLODE UPON ITSELF AND MAKE YOUR SAVE UNPLAYABLE.

The mod removes several collisions, proxy meshes and AI crowd targets. It has been thoroughly tested without any bugs but still consider it as experimental. If you get any bug please report so I can find the culprit and zap it out!
The mod doesn't require the mod Improved Vehicle Persistence to function, but it's recommended for you to be able to keep a car or bike inside the garage without despawning.

Install the Zip File with Mod Organizer 2 and activate, or unzip manually and drop in the base game folder.
To uninstall just remove this mod's .xl file from your directory.
