Concrete Jungle – Reimagined Edgerunners Apartment (AMM Preset)

Welcome to Concrete Jungle, my first AMM apartment preset for Cyberpunk 2077 – a full redesign of the iconic Edgerunners Apartment. This moody, plant-filled, neon-lit loft blends brutalist concrete with soft light, overgrown greenery, and cozy personal touches. Built to feel like a real home in Night City.

🛠️ What Is This?
This is a decor preset for Appearance Menu Mod (AMM) that completely restructures the Edgerunners Apartment (David’s Apartment). It transforms the space into a lush hideout in the city – part jungle sanctuary, part tech lair, part minimalist dream loft.

🛠️ What Is AMM?
AMM (Appearance Menu Mod) is a tool that lets you freely spawn props, adjust lighting, and create custom scenes in Cyberpunk 2077. It’s essential for decorators and immersion builders. You will need it to use this preset.

🗝️ Requirements
To enter and properly display the apartment, you’ll need:

Core Mods:
Prop Packs Used:

⚙️ Installation
  • Install AMM (2.8.8+)
  • Place the .json file in: Cyberpunk 2077\bin\x64\plugins\cyber_engine_tweaks\mods\AppearanceMenuMod\User\Decor
  • Launch the game and open AMM
  • Go to the Decor tab
  • Select ConcreteJungle from the dropdown
  • Enjoy ;)

⚠️ Performance Note
I noticed no issues while inside the apartment, but sometimes get stutters when driving by from the outside – possibly due to my VR setup and heavy mod load, I do not know the cause. If you notice similar performance drops, simply turn off the preset before leaving and toggle it back on when returning. This solves the issue and takes just a second.

💬 Feedback
This is my first decor preset – suggestions, improvement tips, and performance feedback are welcome! Especially if you know how to optimize performance or better manage heavy AMM builds.
