Enhance Kerenzikov Boost System, make it works like mini Sandevistan.

You will need Ye Olde Kerenzikov to make it work, that mod fix some bug and make Kerenzikov better. Most importantly, I made this mod base on its change and fix.
Kerenzikov Boost System
Cyberware Capacity: 3→18
Kerenzikov slow both you and enemy by 60%.
With this mod, enemy still slow by 60%, but you slow by 60%(same as enemy)/50%/40%/30%/20%/10%/0%(you are not slowed).
I test it in game it did work as I said above.
And Tier 5++ Kerenzikov‘s Duration time: 3.75s→4s
so this works as a Sandevistan, but it not a really Sandevistan.
DON'T FORGET TO INSTALL Ye Olde Kerenzikov!!!!
I don't add anything new, so there is no need to translate.
