Fixes personal slot clipping and UV placement of face tattoo 14.

Permissions and credits
Texture replacer, works for masc and fem. Tattoo no longer clips with/displays over the personal slot or runs off the mesh so you can see the full artwork.

Installation: Drag and drop into your Cyberpunk 2077 folder.
