Adds a hotkey to cancel the hover effect that comes with the Epic Fortified Ankles cyberware.
This allows you to combo this with crouches/slides, or just outright choose when you want to land instead of waiting for the hover effect to wear off (if you've stabilized mid-air). Makes using the Epic Fortified Ankles much more fluid.
You'll need to bind the key in CET, personally I use the same key as my crouch.
