So crafting or buying ammo is kinda pointless. Moreso in a modded game where enemies can be more bullet spongey, or you added my other mod Restrict Crafting to Apartments Only so going all the way back to your apartment to craft more ammo is a bit tedious.
Driving to a weapon vendor every 5 minutes to restock your ammo is also kinda pointless, it hardly costs anything and youll burn through it again in no time.
But what if we assumed that V kept a stash of ammo in their very spacious car trunk? that makes sense, theyre a merc.
So now you run out of ammo in the middle of a side gig, you can just dash back to your vehicle you parked conveniently nearby and restock your ammo and jump back into the fight. Its not a cheat - it adds a gameplay point - can you survive the dash back? will they follow you? did you plan ahead and put your car in a good position?
Just simply hold F when looking at your vehicle trunk or hood to open it, and you will get your ammo restocked.
If your vehicle dosnt have a trunk - like a bike , then sorry, you shoulda planned ahead and bought your car that had the ammo in the trunk :P
