Just put the file into the "mod" folder and start the game. I'm trying to add a shortcut (to hide it) for CET later. Suitable for all game versions, the modification was tested at least for v1.31. For older game versions like 1.02-1.05 use the "patch" folder instead of my createt "mod" folder.
