1 - Install JB JB - TPP MOD third person mods and Cyber Engine Tweaks
2 - run Cyber Engine Tweaks ( Hotkeys )
3 - Find "Controller: Activate 360 camera" ( add an activation button )
4 - Start TPP MOD third person mods
5 - activate the activation button "Controller: Activate 360 camera"
LT the half-pressed the camera rotates to the left and RT the half-pressed camera rotates to the right.

Zoom To Walk - to eliminate zoom when you rotate the camera to the left
